Before commencing services, a detailed, legally binding Service Agreement/Plan will be drafted for each client. In addition to these, please note the following policies: 

1. **Privacy Policy**

   At Flourish Kids Clinic - Early Intervention, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal and health information. All information shared will remain strictly confidential, in compliance with Australian privacy laws.  

   1.2 **Disclosure of Information**  

   We will not disclose your personal information to any third party for purposes other than those for which it was collected without your consent, unless exceptions under the Privacy Act apply. This includes circumstances that may lessen or prevent a serious threat to a person’s life, health, or safety.  

2. **Cancellation Policy**  

   We understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule any session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. 

3. **Fees Policy**  

   Please be aware that fees for our services are detailed in our comprehensive "Fees Schedule," which outlines all additional services. Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept payment through PayID, direct transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. For your convenience, direct debit can be set up to automatically process payments after each session.

The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the website, including any information or content provided.

   The Client acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Provider's website and all services offered on or through the website are at their own risk. The Client agrees to assume all risks associated with the services.  

   4.7 **Governing Law**  

   These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.  

5. **Links to External Websites**  

   Flourish Kids Clinic - Early Intervention has not reviewed all external websites linked from its site and is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Flourish Kids Clinic - Early Intervention. Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.
