Prior to commencing services, a detailed, legally binding Service Agreement and Individual Service Plan will be drafted for each client. In addition to these two stated documents NB:

1. Privacy Policy 

1.1 Our Commitment to Privacy

At Flourish Kids Clinic- Early Intervention, we are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal and health information. All information shared will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with Australian privacy Laws. 

1.2 Disclosure of Information

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party for a purpose other than that for which it was collected without your consent, unless an exception under the Privacy Act applies. This includes to lessen or prevent a serious threat to a person’s life, health, or safety.

2. Cancelation Policy

 We understand that unexpected events can occur. For all sessions, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. NDIS Short Notice Cancellations: In line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, a short notice cancellation occurs when you give less than 2 working days' notice or do not attend a scheduled appointment and will be charged a fee in accordance with NDIS guidelines. All service cancellations require 2 weeks written notice in order to be processed.

3. Fees Policy

Please note that fees for services are as stipulated on our website and our detailed "Fees Schedule" which outlines all additional services. Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept – PayID, direct transfer, credit/debit card or cash. For your convenience, direct debit may be set up to automatically process payments after each session.

4.6 Assumption of Risk: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Provider's website and all services offered on or through the website are at their own risk. The Client agrees to assume all risks associated with the services.

These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
